- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account stays read-only until the end of the paid period. You keep access to your data and can re-subscribe at any time.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — sign up during July and Starter or Growth plans are free for the first 3 months. You'll add a payment method up front, but nothing is charged for 90 days. After the trial, the plan continues at its normal price and you can cancel any time. The Scale plan and one-off Day Pass are excluded from the July promo.
- How is billing handled?
- Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can manage your subscription, invoices, and payment method from the Billing page, which opens the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net.
- Do you support NDIS bulk claim files?
- Yes. ND Hub generates NDIA-compliant bulk claim CSVs from your invoices, and reconciles remittances back against billed shifts.
