30-day refund window
We offer a 30-day refund window on new Luke Martin subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After this window subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Where applicable consumer law (such as the Australian Consumer Law) gives you stronger rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund directly via paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at support@ndi-ai-viper.app or +61 402 630 306 (Luke Martin, ABN 48 227 743 949) with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Recurring renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app, which opens the Paddle buyer portal.
