Invoicing and invoice review
Create and edit invoices with participants, support item codes, service dates, quantities, rates and GST. Review totals and export options before issuing an invoice. Uploaded invoices can produce an AI draft for review; single and bulk uploads require confirmation before the reviewed draft is saved. Check every extracted field against the original document. A stored support code or rate is not proof of the current official price limit: verify the service date, applicable official guidance and participant arrangements yourself.
Participant register and plans
Keep participant contacts, NDIS numbers, plan dates, budgets, notes and documents together. Enter only information you are authorised to handle. The Plan Interpreter can read a plan into a reviewable draft; check the participant, dates and funding against the original before applying it. Re-reading a draft can replace edits, so review the replacement warning carefully.
Bulk claim CSV and reconciliation
Prepare bulk payment request CSVs from invoice data and use the bulk claim builder to review and validate rows before export. Review support codes, dates, claim types, participant identifiers and amounts. Exporting a CSV does not submit a claim. Reconciliation tools help compare remittance information with invoice records; you remain responsible for resolving discrepancies. ND Hub does not guarantee NDIA or plan-manager claim acceptance.
Reporting
Use invoice-status reports and the available reporting, budget and spending views to review recorded activity. Report accuracy depends on your source records and filters; reconcile figures before relying on them for financial or participant decisions. Available reports and exports depend on your plan and permissions.
Rostering and progress notes
Create and manage rosters and shifts linked to participants and workers, and use the scheduler to organise work. Record progress notes by typing or using supported voice tools, then review before saving. Check assignments, service delivery, rates and invoice details rather than assuming that a roster is evidence of a delivered or payable support. An internet connection is required for live account operations; installing the app does not promise full offline functionality.
Assistant and AI limitations
The assistant workspace includes text, voice, conversation history, support and status access. AI can help draft or summarise information, but may be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. Check answers and document drafts against source records before saving, sharing or acting. AI is not professional NDIS, clinical, legal, financial or tax advice. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information.
Compliance and evidence
Track worker screening, certifications, document expiry, incidents and audit evidence using the available compliance tools. These are record-keeping and review aids, not certification of compliance, legal advice or an automatic submission to a regulator. Providers remain responsible for current obligations, reporting deadlines, evidence completeness and human review.
Plans, quotas and billing
The free quota is a usage allowance, not a time-based subscription trial. Access also depends on your account, role and the feature's plan requirements. Check the amount, billing interval, any offer eligibility and any trial terms shown at Stripe checkout before subscribing. Creating an account does not promise a 14-day or 30-day paid-plan trial. Starter, Growth and Scale are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Any complimentary access is separate from a Stripe subscription trial and has its own expiry. Manage payment details and cancellation through Billing; the live Stripe portal currently supports cancellation at the end of the paid period, but not self-service plan changes. Contact support about a plan change. The existing Refund Policy applies; a refund window is not a free trial.
Independent software
ND Hub is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. References to NDIS and NDIA describe supported administrative workflows, not approval. No guarantee is made that an invoice, claim, report or compliance record will be accepted.
